Training plan:

4 stretching exercises:

  • Chest muscles stretch
  • Upper trapezius muscle stretch
  • Quadriceps stretch (hood muscles)
  • SCM (sternocleidomastoid) muscle stretch

4 strengthening exercises you can do at home:

  • Palms up
  • Palms down
  • T-raise – arms to the sides
  • I raise – arms forward

2 strengthening exercises you can do at gym:

    • Bar pulldown close grip
    • Bar pulldown wide grip
