Chocolate smoothie with peanut butter

You’re going to love it! Perfect after workout, for breakfast, for dessert, or even as a meal replacement.


  • 3 dates
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 30 grams oatmeal
  • 180 ml almond milk (or more, depending on the consistency you want achieve)
  • Few ice cubes


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
