Simple idea for a dish with tortillas!
A quick-to-make wrap, using only a few easily accessible ingredients, while also providing an adequate dose of energy and nutrients.
- 1 Avocado
- 100g chicken breast slices (Mexican Style recommended)
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- ½ Tomato
- 1 Tortilla
- Protein 26.5g
- Fat 31.6g
- Carbs 38.5g
- Fibre 8.6g
Peel and mash the avocado, then add the Greek yoghurt, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mix everything well.
Heat the tortillas in a frying pan, spread half of the avocado paste on them and add the chicken pieces. Then layer the rest of the avocado paste over the chicken, and top with the sliced tomato and wrap.
Lastly, heat a frying pan, fry the wrap for 2 minutes on each side, and it’s ready!
