AUTUMN AVOCADO TOASTIE

You need to give this delicious toastie a try!

It’s filled with avocado, basil, honey, feta, cream cheese and sundried tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread of choice
  • Sundried tomatoes in oil
  • Fresh basil
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • 30g feta
  • Few drops of honey
  • 1/2 diced spring onion
  • Chilli flakes and salt
  • 1 tbsp light cream cheese

Preparation:

Step 1

Mash the avocado with spring onion, a small handful of fresh basil, salt, a pinch of chilli flakes, and few drops of honey.

Step 2

Brush the slices of bread with the oil from the sundried tomato and flip over.

Step 3

Spread with cream cheese, add the avocado mix, a few diced sundried tomatoes, and a piece of feta.

Step 4

Close and toast in the air fryer or frying pan until golden.
