On November 1st, 2022, all Duolingo learners were introduced with new Duolingo home screen experience.
That big change gives you one clear guided learning path to follow, so that you don’t have to wonder if the way you use the app is the appropriate one.
Whether you are new to Duolingo, or you’ve been using it for some time already – the learning experience will be even more pleasant and effective from now on.
All progress on a learning path has been transferred to the new version as well, so don’t worry! You don’t have to start over if you already achieved certain level in your language course.
What are the main features now?
- The home screen is designed as a path that you’ll follow step by step
- Practice is built into the learning path
- Quests and Monthly Challenges are accessible from the Quests tab (chest icon)
