The Moon Salutation is a set of yoga poses that helps you channelise lunar energy.

STEP-BY-STEP
Start with Pranamasana
Stand upright, feet together, back straight, hands together at your chest, look forward.
1. Upward mountain
Inhale. Raise your arms towards the sky, palms touching.
2. Half moon
Exhale. Side bend to the left. Lengthen your ribs away from your hips to create a side stretch on your right side. Inhale and come back to the center.
3. Goddess pose
Exhale as you step with your left foot outward. Your toes should point slightly out. Keep your knees soft as you squat. Your knees shall stack over your ankles. Bend your arms at 90 degrees to your elbows.
4. Star pose
Inhale, straighten your knees, arms straight in a horizontal position.
5. Triangle
Exhale, point your left foot toward the front of your mat and keep your right foot parallel to the back of your mat. Reach your foot with your left hand. Extend right hand upwards.
6. Triangle forward bend
Exhale, and bring your hands to the mat. Inhale and lengthen your spine. Exhale and bend forward a little bit deeper.
7. Side Lunge
Inhale, shift your weight to the left knee, place your hands in a prayer pose.
Exhale, sink down, bending your left knee. Keep your right foot flex.
Inhale, rise a little bit higher. Exhale, switch sides, sink down on your right knee. Keep your left foot flex.
8. Triangle forward bend

10. Upward mountain
Finish with Pranamasana
Repeat the same sequence switching sides.
