Back and abdominal muscles workout with Roksana

With this recording, we start a new series of workout and cooking videos within FIT@OTTO programme.

Meet Roksana, our qualified personal trainer. Every four weeks she will prepare sets of exercises for you, in turns with healthy recipes that you can make at home.

In this set, we will focus on strengthening your back and abdominal muscles. You will need a mat and some sort of weights. This could be dumbbells or just bottles of water.

Training plan:

  • 10 exercises
  • 50 seconds for each exercise
  • 10 seconds breaks between the exercises
