• Employees of OTTO Work Force (hereinafter referred to as “participant”) are eligible to participate if they meet at least one of the following requirements:
  1. Starting a job. A new employee who started to work with OTTO Work Force (hereinafter referred to as “OTTO”) in the Netherlands between September 1st 2023 and December 18th 2023. Maximum one entry per participant in this category. And/or;
  2. Private living location. Here are two ways to get an entry:
     • An OTTO employee living at an accommodation facilitated by OTTO, moving to a private living location between September 1st 2023 and December 18th 2023. Maximum one entry per participant. If employee subsequently moves to an accommodation facilitated by OTTO before December 18th 2023, the entry will be cancelled;
     • A new OTTO employee starting between September 1st 2023 and December 18th 2023 who already lives at a private living location. Maximum one entry per participant. If employee subsequently moves to an accommodation facilitated by OTTO before December 18th 2023, the entry will be cancelled.
  3. Referral. An OTTO employee recommends someone through the ‘recommend a friend’ feature in myOTTO. For each referral that starts working in OTTO in the Netherlands between September 1st 2023 and December 18th 2023, the OTTO employee gets one entry. There is not limit for entries in this category. Only referrals made through the ‘recommend a friend’ feature in myOTTO count. And/or;
  4. Contract renewal. An OTTO employee extends their contract between September 1st 2023 and December 18th 2023. The renewal date of the contract must be between September 1st 2023 and December 18th 2023. Maximum one entry per participant in this category.
• For each time a participant meets a requirement, they get an entry in the draw. Therefore, it is possible to have multiple entries per participant
• There is no entry fee involved in participating in the OTTO Mega Rewards campaign.
• OTTO reserves the right to check eligibility of each participant and to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons. This includes breach of participation conditions or misconduct at work.
• If participant’s work at OTTO stops before December 18th 2023 their entry(s) in the draw will be cancelled.
• OTTO staff employees are excluded from participation.
• OTTO reserves the right to change the conditions of participation without separate notification or to cancel the competition at any time without prior notice if there are important reasons. OTTO makes use of this right in particular if due to force majeure a proper implementation of the competition is not possible, there is a suspicion of abuse of the competition or the competition is inadmissible for legal reasons. In this case, the participants are not entitled to any claims against OTTO.

• The Weekly prize is drawn and rewarded once every week between September 11th 2023 and December 18th 2023. Drawing dates: Monday 11 September 2023 #1 Draw, Monday 18 September 2023 #2 Draw, Monday 25 September 2023 #3 Draw, Monday 2 October 2023 #4 Draw, Monday 9 October 2023 #5 Draw, Monday 16 October 2023 #6 Draw, Monday 23 October 2023 #7 Draw, Monday 30 October 2023 #8 Draw, Monday 6 November 2023 #9 Draw, Monday 13 November 2023 #10 Draw, Thursday 16 November 2023 #11 Draw, Monday 20 November 2023 #12 Draw, Thursday 23 November 2023 #13 Draw and Monday 11 December 2023 #14 Draw and #15 Draw to be determined.
• There are 15 Weekly prizes of €1,000 each.
• The prize can only be spent in one of stores, preselected by OTTO. Winner will be informed about the options when they are surprised to have won.
• Immediately after the surprise at work, the shopping will take place. Therefore, it is not considered a working day, and no salary will be paid for this day.
• The prize is not transferable.
• The prize cannot be received in cash money.
• If the full amount of prize money is not spent, the participant will have the remaining amount added to their OTTO Rewards account, unless the amount is under €10, in which case it will be given in cash.
• If participant wants to spend more money than the prize, they have to pay the difference themselves right away.
• In case participant refuses to be filmed for publication purposes they are not eligible to receive the prize and their participation will be cancelled immediately.
• It is only possible to win the Weekly price once.

• The Final prize is drawn on the 18th of December 2023 and announced between the 18th of December and the 12th of January 2024. Five entries will be drawn: three winners of €5,000 and two winners of €10,000.
• Where and how to spend the prize will be discussed with each winner. The shopping itself takes place on another date.
• The prize is not transferable.
• The prize cannot be received in cash money.
• If the full amount of prize money is not spent, the participant will have the remaining amount added to their OTTO Rewards account, unless the amount is under €10, in which case it will be given in cash.
• If participant wants to spend more money than the prize, they have to pay the difference themselves right away.
• In case participant refuses to be filmed for publication purposes they are not eligible to receive the prize and their participation will be cancelled immediately.
• All active participants are eligible, regardless of whether they have won a Weekly prize, as long as they meet all the requirements.
• The day of shopping is not considered a working day, and no salary will be paid for this day.
• Final winners must have an active contract with OTTO during the time of winner reveal and recording of prize spending.

• Intellectual Property: the winner acknowledges that any materials, content, or presentations created or provided by the winner during the filming will be the sole property of OTTO. The winner assigns all rights, title, and interest in and to such materials to OTTO. Content will be used on OTTO’s website, social media channels et cetera.
• Video will be online for minimum one year.
• Only portrait and first name information will be shown in the content from OTTO.
• OTTO reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an employee, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms. In that case, an employee from the same OnSite will be drawn.
• Modification of Terms: The competition organizers reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the entrants to review the terms periodically and ensure their understanding of the current terms governing their participation.
• No Reimbursement: Entrants understand and acknowledge that regardless of whether they are selected as winners of the competition, they will not be reimbursed for any expenses they have incurred during their participation. This includes but is not limited to expenses related to preparing for the competition, attending any events or ceremonies, or any other costs associated with entry or participation.

By entering the competition, entrants signify their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in disqualification from the competition. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from participating in the competition.
